Supply of MV/LV Transformers – Oil-Immersed Transformer
Oil-immersed transformer with full hermetic sealing (ONAN) for a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C. Compliant with the following standards: NF EN 50588-1, IEC 60076, EU 548/2014 In accordance with European Directive (EU) N548/2014 of May 2014, Tier 2.
General Characteristics:
- Electrolytic aluminum windings, wound in long layers
- Corrugated tank with reinforced anti-corrosion epoxy resin coating
- Connections via pluggable terminals HN 52 S 61 on the MV side, LV connections on busbars
- Rolling wheels, nameplate
- Locking device for the moving parts of the pluggable terminals and switch
- LV cap for outdoor installation, equipped with sealed cable entries suitable for the device’s rated current
- Filling port
- DGPT2 protection relay mounted on the filling port, with contacts for gas, pressure, and temperature (2 thresholds)
- Lifting rings
Nature of the Service
- Transportation by a 26-ton truck equipped with a crane arm
- De-energizing of equipment by the client
- Handling of the installation’s tagging
- Disconnection of equipment by the client, with the equipment ready for pick-up
- Handling and removal of the outgoing 800 KVA transformer for destruction at an approved center (provision of a BSDI)
- Handling and installation of the incoming 800 KVA transformer, number 0136 / 5547
- Reconnection of MV, LV, and interlocks by the client
- Return of tagging number 12571*01
- Transport of equipment for destruction to the approved center
- Provision, 4 to 6 weeks after removal, of a destruction certificate and a weighing receipt
- On-site visit by a qualified driver with a crane truck, with the equipment ready for pick-up at the truck’s base
- Loading by a truck equipped with an 8,000 kg lifting capacity arm
- Securing and anchoring of equipment in a leak-proof retention basin for transport
- Preparation of Waste Tracking Forms (BSD/Cerfa) by our team
- Dispatch of a team of MV-qualified technicians
